How We Do It
1. Bi-weekly 60 min online coaching calls for 3 months so 6 calls total
We’ll meet online every other week. You’ll have my undivided attention. We’ll cover some things based on the pillars above but we can also use this time for whatever you need support with.
2. Weekly text check in
Every Monday (or whichever day you prefer in the week) I do a text check in to see if there’s anything you’re struggling with or if there’s any wins we can celebrate. Consistent support and celebration is key to your momentum and healing.
3. Shared google drive
This program is catered to you and your needs so the google drive can be used to house your call recordings (if you would like your calls recorded to go back to), custom journal prompts, custom Hypnosis, or custom Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping videos.
